Vendor Information

Here at Jonesey’s Inc. we are a mission driven company. Our goals as a company revolve around our belief that we can make a positive impact to our community and our country by elevating the expectations of all our vendors in our supply chain.  We feel strongly about the origin and quality of our ingredients as well as the sustainability of all aspects of our manufacture and delivery processes. Our expectations of you as a vendor for any aspect of our relationship revolve around the concepts listed below. We feel these practices mean the most to us and ultimately to our customers. We require any deviation from these practices to be listed on any quote or invoice in an effort better help us determine the nature of our relationship with you as a potential or current vendor. We want to do our best to increase commerce and create jobs here at home, all while reducing the environmental impact our processes and products have on the environment around us.  We will give preference in all RFQ’s to those companies that share our beliefs and will provide documentation as well as invitations to inspect facilities and inputs so we can insure our customers the products they receive are of the quality we expect. 


Inputs and ingredients should originate within the USA whenever possible.  We prefer made “Made In USA” to be on 100% of any product or packaging to be delivered to us. The Made in USA mark is a country of origin label indicating the product is "all or virtually all" made in the United States. The label is regulated by the Federal Trade Commission. Please indicate prior to shipment whenever this label is not being used. 


Please verify all packaging delivered to us is at a minimum recyclable. What that means to us is, Packaging is recyclable if it can be collected, sorted, reprocessed, and ultimately reused in manufacturing or making another item. Please verify the applicable recycle symbol is applied to all packaging. Please indicate on those items where the symbol is not visible, what the symbol is.  We do not accept polystyrene or packages that are not able to be re-used or recycled.  Our goal here is to be 100% waste free at all levels of supply.  We will give preference to all Eco Friendly Packaging. We feel Eco Friendly is easily recycled, and is safe for individuals and the environment. It makes use of renewable energy, and uses as much renewable or recycled materials as possible.




In order for us to process any estimate or invoice we will need you to supply some information to help speed your payment delivery.  Please supply us with the following with your estimate and/or invoice:

  1. W-9 form link here:

  2. Contact information for accounts receivable

  3. A copy of our RFQ for reference and/or our PO for verification

  4. Please acknowledge all PO’s with one business day of receipt. 


Shipping and Purchase Order Requirements


The Purchase Order Number, PO Item Numbers, and our product codes must appear on all Invoices, Packing lists, cartons, shipping units and correspondence related to the purchase order.  A packing list is required.  Packing lists must have our product codes and quantities shipped. All goods must be identified or the outermost container must be identified. The country of origin is required and must be in a conspicuous place as legibly as the nature of the article (or container) will permit; and must be marked in English. All shipments must be verified for delivery address prior to shipment and our contact number must appear on all documents.
